1. Does the product have a warranty?

1. From the date of purchase of the product, if the product fails under normal use (correct operation and use according to the product instruction manual), we will provide one month of free maintenance service.
2. If any of the following circumstances occurs, the company will not provide free maintenance services and will charge reasonable fees.
(1) The product exceeds the one-month free warranty period;
(2) Failure caused by user error (failure to operate the product according to the instruction manual);
(3) Failure or damage caused by transportation accidents, falling, and vibration;
(4) Damage caused by natural disasters such as fires, earthquakes, floods, lightning strikes, or environmental pollution and overload voltage;
(5) The user disassembles the product by himself and damages the product artificially;
(6) Damage caused by improper storage and maintenance. (For example: placing the product in an environment with high temperature, high humidity, dust or harmful substances.)
(7) Damage caused by water failure inside the product;
(8) The user cannot provide the product warranty card; the warranty card has been altered; the warranty card model is inconsistent with the product model.

2. If the order is not shipped, the goods are lost or there is a problem with the goods received (for example: defective, wrong, damaged, etc.)

Within 48 hour of payment, if the order status is Undelivered, you can cancel the order and apply for a full and quick refund.If there is a problem with the goods you receive (for example: defective, wrong, damaged, etc.), you are entitled to a return and refund within 7 working days from the date of receipt.If there is a problem with your refund, we will help mediate to get your refund back.
